How to join TWINNER Application and onboarding process
We would like your start with us to be Covid-proof and organized at the same time. For this reason, we conduct our interviews via Microsoft Teams. Also we are prepared to do your onboarding online only.
Application process
1. Prescreening
We (Team Recruiting) will invite you to a first stage interview if we consider your documents interesting and consistent. You will be given a first impression of Twinner and have the chance to ask questions. By the end of the interview, we will explain the further recruiting process.
2. Interview with hiring department
You will be invited to speak to the Hiring Manager, enabling you to gain insight into specific challenges and future missions. We will give you an impression of your future area of responsibility.
Within a few days, you will receive feedback or a case study on a current business challenge or a role-play based on a situation that you will deal with frequently in your role.
You will be given sufficient time to process everything and prepare your presentation to the stakeholders.
3. Case study presentation
You present your results to your prospective department and receive direct feedback on your work. We will contact you within the following days.
Onboarding at TWINNER
After signing your contract
We will take care of your hardware and get you set up for your first days and weeks. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our HR team.
One week before your first day
We will send you an Onboarding Guide with all the necessary Twinner essentials, such as our Code of Conduct, contact persons and links to company content. In addition, you will be informed when and where your first day starts.
Your first day
We will peer you up with a mentor who will be there to answer your questions and help with the first steps. While finding your way around Twinner, your fellow team mates and other departments will also be happy to guide you.
Your first weeks
You will do essential trainings (Personio, workplace safety). With regular feedbacks and follow-ups with your hiring managers, you will be able to track your progress every step of the way.
